Instructions for Use:

Heat it in the microwave for a maximum of one minute or, in case of using it cold, wrap it in a plastic bag and store it in the freezer for an hour.
Place the UVA Warming Pad in the area where you feel pain, do not forget to remove it from the plastic bag if you used it cold before putting it on your body.
When you feel relief, remove it and store it back in its packaging to preserve its scent.
